I was raised in Fairbanks and am the son of an IBEW Electrician. I attended UAF where I fell in love with my wife Lisa. In 1999, we moved to Anchorage and we went on to serve two years together with the Peace Corps in Thailand. I walked away from a day job in the oil industry to open up my own small business and spend more time with my three school-aged kids. I love enjoying the Alaska wilderness and all that our great state has to offer.
